Log deck is unique. It works as step feeder, but with long steps. Its function is superior chain deck to feed in good order. It provides higher availability. As a bonus is our deck cheaper than chain deck. Our conveyors are assembled with screws that gives a high resistance to fatigue. A superior low price of our conveyors is another great advantage.

Log Deck

Deck in one or several sections. Section length 8 meters.

Product Specification

The deck is a step feeder with long steps (2 meter). It feed bunches of logs. The deck feeds logs in good order, parallell and in end low level. At one side is a wall and the deck lean 1,5 degrees toward this wall. The logs slide towards the wall and get an even end function.

Stepfeeders in light or heavy construction, Feeders with hydraulic cylinders or with crank shaft and electric gear motor. Special shaped step, patented, give good function to divide logs with differ diameters one and one.

Conveyor

Receiver and long conveyors.

Product Specification

Our conveyors are built of cutted and bended plates. The assembling is performed with bolts only (no welding) that ensures a high fatigue resistance. This technology allows to reduce the costs. The carrier chain is of roller type with short links. This construction decreases polygon effect, noice emission and increases durability. The receiver conveyors are supported by rubber bushings. Dimension and chain size depend on log size and processing

Log Pusher

Tree types of log pushers. Single acting and two types doubble acting pushers. Hanging from top and acting from below.

Product Specification

Log pushers, single or doubble acting are bolted to conveyor. The pushers are operated by hydraulic cylinders or by electric gear motors.

Log Turner

Revolver turner, Two types, with outfeed conveyor or open with cross feeding deck under.

Product Specification

Revolver turned by electric gear motor. The ditch walls have free hanging heavy plates which the logs smash towards. A stop plate stops the incoming logs before turning. With this technique has our revolver turner very high capacity . Design patent.
